About the Conference

The sunapsis Users’ Conference is returning for 2025! This year marks a special milestone—20 years of sunapsis—and we will be celebrating in style. Join us as we reflect on two decades of innovation and look forward to the future of international office automation, compliance, and student/scholar services. Network with peers, gain valuable insights from experts, and hang out with the amazing sunapsis team members!

Featured Keynote: Access to Higher Education for Refugees

Indiana University’s Senior Director for International Student and Scholar Programming, Rendy Schrader, and Senior Associate Director of International Admissions will share stories and statistics about the state of access to higher education for refugees worldwide, and what IU is doing about it. They will start with the big picture and then home in on specific actions IU took, in hopes that you may be inspired to host a refugee on your campus. At the very least, you will be touched and impressed by the success of the student stories. After that framework, you will be introduced to a panel of students who are prepared to tell you a little about their path, in a guided discussion, and then they will be happy to answer questions from you.

Parking Information

We have been informed that the Courtyard Marriott will be doing exterior painting during the week of the conference. Please be advised **NOT to park in the row closest to the Courtyard building.**

There is plenty of parking around the convention center and hotel, and additional parking is available on the other side of the B-Line trail just behind the convention center.

Airport & Ground Transportation

The closest major airport is Indianapolis International Airport (IND), located approximately 60 miles from the conference venue.

Ground Transportation Options

The conference hotel does not provide an airport shuttle. Options for service to and from IND include:
